The sheep are at the top of the board, with hay down the sides and at the bottom, the flowers are on logs which are on either side and at the bottom. Grow the flowers first and then try getting the sheep moved onto the main board! Try and avoid getting the sheep onto the logs as it can be tricky to get them to the hay, even though there's lots! Keep an eye on the crops as well as the flowers.
